Seeking a highly motivated, energetic and Experienced Sales Manager for Business Development of CURE Chemicals Sales in assigned region.


Essential duties & responsibilities

The successful candidate will:


  • Responsible in leading business development in assigned region and achieving annual CURE chemicals sales targets.

  • Responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies with aim to achieve the sales targets.

  • Identify new prospects, business opportunities and new local projects, preparing presentations of findings for upcoming tender to bid for the tender.

  • Coordinate & Support Gradiant Project Teams with sales & service support for developing chemicals sales in Gradiant’s own projects.

  •  Building and maintaining strong relationship with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to deliver value to customer.

  • Negotiate with customers terms and conditions in line with Gradiant policies to secure sales contract.

  • Analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and staying ahead of competition.

  • Delivering compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

  • Providing customer technical service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Assisting clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the chemical programs.




  • In depth chemical product knowledge and understanding of their properties, applications and benefits.

  • Knowledge of water & wastewater chemical treatment industry including current trends, regulatory environment and market dynamics.

  • Full understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance relevant to water treatment chemical products.

  •  Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.

  • Ability to develop accurate sales forecast.

  • Ability to effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet sales targets and deadlines.

  • Candidate must possess at Degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputed university.

  • 5-10 years of working experience, in Water Treatment Chemicals sales in the field of Water & Wastewater.

  • Willing to travel in assigned region in the market to Penetrate the business.
