Job Summary:

 

Gradiant is looking to add a QA/QC Engineer (Piping/Mechanical) to its team at its Singapore office. This position will report to the Quality Manager will play a major role in the day-to-day operations of the company and to deliver quality inspections on the projects assigned to.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Write/Review Inspection Test Plan
  • Write/Review technical specifications
  • Review engineering drawing
  • Maintain all revisions of project drawings, update and maintain drafting log
  • Inspect incoming Mechanical equipment
  • Surveillance and inspection of mechanical / piping installation
  • Prepare test packages/ Line List / Test matrix
  • Prepare schedules, daily reports, accomplishment reports and other documents required by project management/client/owners
  •  Provide project technical supervision, quality assurance, material selection, approval procurement and project close out documentation
  • Ensure project completion within time and according to the project plan

 

Requirements:

 

  • Diploma or valid relevant trade certificates (CSWIP/API/PCN/ASNT/AWS/ISO 9712)
  • Minimum experience of 5 years
  • Knowledge in interpreting Engineering Drawings & P&ID
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Reliable, well-organized and detail oriented
  • Able to travel for work
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exyte work experience is preferred but not essential
