Job Summary:

Gradiant is looking to add a Senior Finance Manager to its team at its Singapore office. This position will report to the Financial Controller will play a major role in the day-to-day operations of the company and to deliver quality analysis to all levels of management for decision making purposes.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage full spectrum of finance functions in accordance with statutory requirements, financial accounting standards, company policies and procedures
  • Responsible for month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing and compiling financial reports
  • Review and reconcile Payables and Receivables
  • Partnering with Project and Operation teams to ensure revenue, expenses and accruals are recorded appropriately
  • Responsible for preparing management presentation slides
  • Facilitating annual budget and forecast process
  • Manage cashflow and coordinate funding requirements
  • Handle corporate tax, GST filing and government statistical reporting etc
  • Liaise and coordinate with external parties on different aspects including but not limited to audit, tax agents and corporate secretary matters
  • Undertake any other ad hoc task assigned from time to time

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications (ACCA)
  • Minimum 8 years of relevance working experience including 3 years in managerial role
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with Operation and Project teams
  • Experience in working in multiple organizations with emphasis on communicating and decision-making with demonstrated ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of ERP or QuickBooks accounting software preferred
