Aus dem System zur Aufbereitung von entmineralisiertem Wasser (DM) gelangten H\u00e4rte und \u00fcbersch\u00fcssiges Natrium in das Speisewassersystem. Infolgedessen war das System anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr mineralische Ablagerungen und Laugenausbl\u00fchungen, was zu suboptimaler Leistung oder im schlimmsten Fall zu Rohrbr\u00fcchen und anderen Sicherheitsrisiken f\u00fchrte. Das Leistungsdefizit wurde durch Eisenablagerungen aus dem Kondensatr\u00fccklaufsystem in den veralteten Kesseln noch verst\u00e4rkt. Die \u00dcberwachung von Proben ergab, dass der Eisengehalt um das 10-fache von \u00fcber 400 ppb auf weniger als 40 ppb gesunken ist, wodurch sich die Leistung, die Dampfqualit\u00e4t und die Langlebigkeit der Anlagen verbessert haben. Das Gradiant-Team arbeitet mit dem Kunden zusammen, um das Behandlungsprogramm w\u00e4hrend des Dauerbetriebs der Kessel aufrechtzuerhalten, und das Programm liefert beeindruckende Ergebnisse: das System hat in \u00fcber drei Jahren keine Rohrausf\u00e4lle erlebt.
