Die Automobilhersteller brauchen eine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2023\/06\/05\/how-new-lithium-extraction-tech-could-help-us-meet-ev-targets.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">20-fache Steigerung<\/a> in der Lithiumversorgung, die mit konventionellen Technologien nicht zu erreichen ist. Der Anteil von Lithium-Ionen-Phosphat- (LFP) und Natrium-Ionen-Batterien wird mit der Verbesserung der Technologien wachsen. Neue Projekte werden in Betrieb genommen, aber nicht in dem Ma\u00dfe, dass sie mit der Marktnachfrage nach Elektrofahrzeugen und Energiespeichersystemen (ESS) mithalten k\u00f6nnen.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><strong>Energiespeichersysteme.<\/strong> W\u00e4hrend der Versorgungsbedarf f\u00fcr den EV-Markt weiterhin dominieren wird, werden Batterien f\u00fcr ESS an Bedeutung gewinnen. Dies setzt die Hersteller unter Druck, eine Lieferkette in den USA aufzubauen, was zur Entwicklung alternativer Methoden f\u00fcr den Abbau und die Raffination f\u00fchrt.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><strong>Direkte Lithiumextraktion (DLE) und Nachhaltigkeit.<\/strong> DLE entwickelt sich zu einer wichtigen Technologie, um das in unterirdischer Sole eingeschlossene Lithium zu erschlie\u00dfen, die Gewinnung mit herk\u00f6mmlichen Methoden zu verbessern und die Anforderungen der IRA zu erf\u00fcllen, das Lithium aus den USA oder von deren Partnern zu beziehen. DLE bietet Nachhaltigkeitsvorteile bei der Wassernutzung und -verwaltung sowie geringere Umweltrisiken. Bei langfristigen Vertr\u00e4gen geht es nicht mehr nur um Preis und Menge, sondern auch um Umweltgenehmigungen und das Engagement der Gemeinden, die f\u00fcr den Erfolg eines Projekts entscheidend sind.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><strong>Batterie-Recycling.<\/strong> Der Markt richtet sein Augenmerk auf das Recycling von Lithium-Ionen-Batterien, da die weltweite Versorgung mit Lithium und Batteriematerialien zunehmend unter Druck ger\u00e4t. Die Branche befindet sich noch im Anfangsstadium, da neue Technologien und Recyclingverfahren noch nicht kommerziell erprobt sind.
