Ich wei\u00df, dass es sich wie ein Klischee anh\u00f6rt, aber wenn man sieht, dass sie so viel f\u00fcr die Mitarbeiterbeteiligung ausgeben, dann steckt darin ein starkes Element von \"walking the talk\"!<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/headet.jpg\" alt=\"Emoji-Headset\" width=\"48\" height=\"48\" \/>Diese beiden Zahlen sind nur ein kleiner Einblick in die F\u00fclle der Erkenntnisse, die Prakash in der diese Woche ver\u00f6ffentlichten Studie <a href=\"https:\/\/dww.show\/podcast\/\">#Podcast<\/a> - Das sollten Sie sich unbedingt ansehen!<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/emoji1.jpg\" alt=\"Emoji nachdenklich \" width=\"71\" height=\"71\" \/> ... Gradiant ist auf dem bevorstehenden Global Water Summit in die engere Auswahl f\u00fcr die Auszeichnung \"Wasserunternehmen des Jahres\" gekommen, und die Abstimmung l\u00e4uft noch bis Freitag.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Ich bin kein gro\u00dfer Preisverleihungsfan, aber wenn man schon w\u00e4hlen kann, warum nicht auch k\u00e4mpfen, oder?
