d\u00f3lares el a\u00f1o pasado (\u00bfverdad?).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Otras cifras de Gradiant se explican por s\u00ed solas:<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/microscope.jpg\" alt=\"microscopio emoji\" width=\"55\" height=\"55\" \/>250 patentes<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/wrench.jpg\" alt=\"llave inglesa emoji\" width=\"67\" height=\"70\" \/>10 Tecnolog\u00edas propias<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" mientras no comprendas estas dos cifras clave:<\/p><p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/right-1.jpg\" alt=\"emoji flecha derecha\" width=\"70\" height=\"73\" \/>60% de los acuerdos de la empresa son... \u00a1de un solo proveedor!<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Dicho de otro modo, en 60% de los proyectos de Gradiant, la empresa no se enfrenta a ninguna competencia<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/mindblown.jpg\" alt=\"emoji mente volada\" width=\"62\" height=\"62\" \/><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Las razones son diversas: desde los sectores verticales a los que se dirigen y el tipo de problema que resuelven hasta las tecnolog\u00edas que implantan y las personas que las hacen funcionar.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>... que en realidad conduce al siguiente n\u00famero:<\/p><p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/right.jpg\" alt=\"emoji flecha derecha\" width=\"64\" height=\"64\" \/>7% de Gradiant es propiedad de sus empleados<\/strong><\/p><p>(adem\u00e1s de las acciones de Prakash y Anurag)<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Cuando le ped\u00ed a Prakash que revelara su \"salsa especial\", cit\u00f3 a su equipo. S\u00e9 que suena a clich\u00e9, pero cuando ves que dan tanto en participaci\u00f3n de los empleados, \u00a1hay un fuerte elemento de \"predicar con el ejemplo\" en ello!<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/headet.jpg\" alt=\"auriculares emoji\" width=\"48\" height=\"48\" \/>Ahora bien, esas dos cifras son s\u00f3lo un atisbo de la riqueza de conocimientos que Prakash comparte en la publicaci\u00f3n de esta semana del <a href=\"https:\/\/dww.show\/podcast\/\">#Podcast<\/a> - \u00a1definitivamente deber\u00edas comprobarlo!<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/emoji1.jpg\" alt=\"emoji pensativo \" width=\"71\" height=\"71\" \/> ... espera, \u00bfun podcast un lunes? Gradiant ha sido preseleccionada para el premio \"Empresa del Agua del A\u00f1o\" en la pr\u00f3xima Cumbre Mundial del Agua, y las votaciones est\u00e1n abiertas hasta el viernes.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>No soy un gran aficionado a los premios, pero si se puede votar, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no hacer campa\u00f1a, no?
