Par cons\u00e9quent, le syst\u00e8me \u00e9tait sujet \u00e0 l'entartrage min\u00e9ral et \u00e0 la corrosion caustique, ce qui entra\u00eenait des performances moindres ou, dans le pire des cas, des ruptures de tubes et d'autres risques pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Le contr\u00f4le des \u00e9chantillons a permis de quantifier les niveaux de fer, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9s par 10, passant de plus de 400 ppb \u00e0 moins de 40 ppb, am\u00e9liorant ainsi les performances, la qualit\u00e9 de la vapeur et la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipements. Le programme de traitement est assur\u00e9 par l'\u00e9quipe de Gradiant en collaboration avec le client pendant le fonctionnement continu des chaudi\u00e8res, et les r\u00e9sultats obtenus sont impressionnants : le syst\u00e8me n'a connu aucune d\u00e9faillance de tube en plus de trois ans. En outre, aucune trace de d\u00e9p\u00f4t n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 relev\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque arr\u00eat pr\u00e9vu et \u00e0 chaque contr\u00f4le de la chaudi\u00e8re, ce qui confirme la bonne passivation
