La part des batteries lithium-ion phosphate (LFP) et sodium-ion augmentera au fur et \u00e0 mesure que les technologies s'am\u00e9lioreront. De nouveaux projets sont en cours, mais pas \u00e0 un rythme suffisant pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande du march\u00e9 pour les VE et les syst\u00e8mes de stockage d'\u00e9nergie (ESS).<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><strong>Syst\u00e8mes de stockage d'\u00e9nergie.<\/strong> Alors que le besoin d'approvisionnement pour le march\u00e9 des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques continuera \u00e0 dominer, les batteries pour les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectriques et \u00e9lectroniques prendront de plus en plus d'importance. Les syst\u00e8mes d'\u00e9nergie solaire r\u00e9duisent le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre entre la demande et la production d'\u00e9nergie en capturant et en stockant l'\u00e9nergie produite en vue d'une utilisation ult\u00e9rieure. Fastmarkets estime \u00e0 20% le taux de croissance annuel moyen jusqu'en 2030 pour les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectriques et \u00e9lectroniques.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><strong>La loi am\u00e9ricaine sur la r\u00e9duction de l'inflation (IRA).<\/strong> L'introduction de l'IRA l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re exige des constructeurs automobiles qu'au moins 50% des min\u00e9raux critiques utilis\u00e9s dans les batteries des VE proviennent d'Am\u00e9rique du Nord ou de partenaires am\u00e9ricains d'ici \u00e0 2024. Les fabricants sont ainsi pouss\u00e9s \u00e0 construire une cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement aux \u00c9tats-Unis, ce qui entra\u00eene le d\u00e9veloppement de m\u00e9thodes alternatives d'extraction et de raffinage.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><strong>Extraction directe de lithium (DLE) et durabilit\u00e9.<\/strong> Le DLE devient une technologie importante pour lib\u00e9rer le lithium pi\u00e9g\u00e9 dans les saumures souterraines, am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des m\u00e9thodes conventionnelles et r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de l'IRA de s'approvisionner aupr\u00e8s des \u00c9tats-Unis ou de ses partenaires. La technologie DLE offre des avantages en termes de durabilit\u00e9 dans l'utilisation et la gestion de l'eau et r\u00e9duit les risques pour l'environnement. Les accords \u00e0 long terme commencent \u00e0 prendre en compte d'autres facteurs que le prix et le volume, les autorisations environnementales et l'engagement des communaut\u00e9s devenant essentiels \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite d'un projet.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><strong>Recyclage des piles.<\/strong> Le march\u00e9 se tourne vers le recyclage des batteries lithium-ion, car l'approvisionnement mondial en lithium et en mat\u00e9riaux pour batteries est soumis \u00e0 une pression croissante. Ce dernier proc\u00e9d\u00e9 est simple mais inefficace, car il n\u00e9cessite de vastes superficies de terrain, la patience d'attendre 18 mois pour l'\u00e9vaporation et des risques environnementaux plus importants.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Le DLE est une technologie \u00e9mergente dans laquelle la saumure charg\u00e9e de lithium est trait\u00e9e directement \u00e0 partir du sol par une s\u00e9rie de proc\u00e9d\u00e9s chimiques et r\u00e9inject\u00e9e dans le r\u00e9servoir. Le DLE \u00e9vite les inconv\u00e9nients de l'extraction en roche dure et des bassins d'\u00e9vaporation - manipulation et transport sur de grandes distances, longs d\u00e9lais de traitement et risques environnementaux - pour produire en quelques heures des compos\u00e9s de lithium de qualit\u00e9 batterie. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/d1e00ek4ebabms.cloudfront.net\/production\/uploaded-files\/Lithium_redacted-5c724b64-a6a2-4863-9ccb-ddcd92b56ed8.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Goldman Sachs<\/a><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"> a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que la DLE pourrait faire pour le lithium ce que la fracturation a fait pour l'industrie p\u00e9troli\u00e8re.<\/span><br><\/p>\n<p><br><\/p><p>Gradiant's <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/fr\/technologies\/ro-linfini\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RO Infini<\/a> am\u00e9liore le processus DLE, r\u00e9duisant ainsi les d\u00e9lais de mise sur le march\u00e9 et l'empreinte environnementale.
