voici pourquoi<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/down.jpg\" alt=\"emoji fl\u00e8che vers le bas\" width=\"67\" height=\"67\" \/><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>J'ai rencontr\u00e9 Prakash Govindan, cofondateur et directeur de l'exploitation de la premi\u00e8re et unique #Unicorn dans #WaterTech.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Il est de notori\u00e9t\u00e9 publique que son entreprise a atteint une valorisation d'un milliard de dollars l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re (n'est-ce pas ?).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>D'autres chiffres de Gradiant sont assez explicites :<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/microscope.jpg\" alt=\"emoji microscope\" width=\"55\" height=\"55\" \/>250 brevets<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/wrench.jpg\" alt=\"emoji cl\u00e9 \u00e0 molette\" width=\"67\" height=\"70\" \/>10 Technologies propri\u00e9taires<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/9.jpg\" alt=\"emoji num\u00e9ro 9\" width=\"73\" height=\"76\" \/>Chiffre d'affaires \u00e0 9 chiffres<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/right.jpg\" alt=\"emoji fl\u00e8che droite\" width=\"64\" height=\"64\" \/>7M&amp;A d\u00e9m\u00e9nage (en 4 ans)<\/p><p>... et, bien s\u00fbr, la s\u00e9rie D $225 qui a fait de l'entreprise une licorne<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/unicorn.jpg\" alt=\"emoji licorne\" width=\"70\" height=\"73\" \/><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Pourtant, je crois que vous ne comprenez pas Gradiant tant que vous ne saisissez pas ces deux chiffres cl\u00e9s :<\/p><p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/right-1.jpg\" alt=\"emoji fl\u00e8che droite\" width=\"70\" height=\"73\" \/>60% des march\u00e9s de l'entreprise sont... \u00e0 source unique !<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Autrement dit, pour 60% des projets de Gradiant, l'entreprise n'est confront\u00e9e \u00e0 aucune concurrence.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/mindblown.jpg\" alt=\"emoji l&#039;esprit en \u00e9bullition\" width=\"62\" height=\"62\" \/><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Il y a plusieurs raisons \u00e0 cela, qui vont des march\u00e9s verticaux qu'elles ciblent et du type de probl\u00e8me qu'elles r\u00e9solvent jusqu'aux technologies qu'elles d\u00e9ploient et aux personnes qui les font fonctionner.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>... ce qui conduit en fait au num\u00e9ro suivant :<\/p><p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/right.jpg\" alt=\"emoji fl\u00e8che droite\" width=\"64\" height=\"64\" \/>7% de Gradiant appartient \u00e0 ses employ\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p><p>(en plus des parts de Prakash et d'Anurag)<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Lorsque j'ai demand\u00e9 \u00e0 Prakash de me r\u00e9v\u00e9ler sa \"sauce sp\u00e9ciale\", il a cit\u00e9 son \u00e9quipe. Je sais que cela peut para\u00eetre clich\u00e9, mais quand on voit qu'ils distribuent autant d'argent au titre de la participation des salari\u00e9s, on se dit qu'il y a un fort \u00e9l\u00e9ment de \"joindre le geste \u00e0 la parole\" dans tout cela !<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/headet.jpg\" alt=\"casque emoji\" width=\"48\" height=\"48\" \/>Ces deux chiffres ne sont qu'un aper\u00e7u de la richesse des informations que Prakash partage dans la publication de cette semaine de l'enqu\u00eate sur la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail. <a href=\"https:\/\/dww.show\/podcast\/\">#Podcast<\/a> - Vous devriez vraiment y jeter un coup d'\u0153il !<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/emoji1.jpg\" alt=\"emoji attentionn\u00e9 \" width=\"71\" height=\"71\" \/> ... attendez, un podcast un lundi ? Gradiant est actuellement en lice pour le prix \"Water Company of the Year\" (entreprise de l'ann\u00e9e dans le secteur de l'eau) lors du prochain Global Water Summit (sommet mondial de l'eau), et les votes sont ouverts jusqu'\u00e0 vendredi.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Je ne suis pas une grande fan des prix, mais si l'on peut voter, pourquoi ne pas faire campagne, n'est-ce pas ?
