esercizio specificata dei cuscinetti a sfera nel forno rotante e quindi garantire la corretta formazione del clinker. Le torri di raffreddamento hanno bisogno di acqua dolce in abbondanza per funzionare senza problemi, ma nel sito del nostro cliente era disponibile solo acqua di cava. L'analisi dell'acqua ha mostrato che la fonte era salmastra, con alti livelli di cloruri, solfati, silice e calcio, un cocktail di inclusioni indesiderate che rendono i sistemi di raffreddamento altamente suscettibili di incrostazioni e corrosione. Le alte temperature della pelle esacerbavano ulteriormente la propensione alla formazione di incrostazioni.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>L'intensa incrostazione aveva ripetutamente causato arresti di pulizia non programmati, generando costi di manutenzione insostenibili e riducendo la capacit\u00e0 di soddisfare l'aumento della domanda. Il produttore cercava una soluzione per inibire le incrostazioni, consentendo un efficace trasferimento di calore e proteggendo le metallurgie del sistema. Le fermate programmate sono state prolungate con tempi di inattivit\u00e0 minimi per la pulizia e non si sono verificati tempi di inattivit\u00e0 dovuti al trattamento della torre di raffreddamento da
