I know it sounds cliche, but when you see that they give out so much in employee participation, there&#8217;s a strong element of &#8220;walking the talk&#8221; in that!<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/headet.jpg\" alt=\"emoji headset\" width=\"48\" height=\"48\" \/>Now, those two numbers are just a glimpse into the wealth of insights Prakash shares in this week&#8217;s release of the <a href=\"https:\/\/dww.show\/podcast\/\">#Podcast<\/a> &#8211; you definitely should check it out!<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gradiant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/emoji1.jpg\" alt=\"emoji thoughtful \" width=\"71\" height=\"71\" \/> &#8230; wait, a podcast on a Monday? Gradiant is actually short-listed for the &#8220;Water Company of the Year&#8221; award at the upcoming Global Water Summit, and votes are open until Friday.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>I&#8217;m not a big award fan, but if one can vote, why not campaign, right?
