Carrier Gas Concentration (CGC)
Industrial Wastewater - In.
Clean Water Vapor and Concentrated Brine - Out.

Unlike Other Technologies
Gradiant’s Carrier Gas Concentration (CGC) is used to treat industrial wastewaters in the field – at remote sites and disposal-constrained locations. A multi-stage bubble column is used for humidification, at high heat and mass transfer rates., resulting in clean water vapor released into the atmosphere, and a concentrated brine that reduces overall disposal needs. This serves as a more cost-effective option than expensive off-site trucking disposal, environmentally-sensitive underground salt disposal, or large evaporation ponds.

Key Benefits of Gradiant’s CGC Technology:
Low Energy Consumption
The thermodynamic efficiency of CGC’s multi-stage bubble column design results in 90% energy efficiency.
Compact and Modular Design
CGC systems are designed to be modular and mobile – giving you flexibility to use when needed to support your overall process operations and moved to your other sites. The high efficiency performance allows systems to be compact.
Automated Process Control for Reliability and Lowest Total Water Cost
CGC systems are controlled through leading-edge patented process control algorithms to manage and optimize remote operations.
