Solids in industrial wastewater are coagulated using patented methods to neutralize the ‘zeta potential’ of the diffuse layer. Chemical reactions occur in integrated flash mixing and flocculation reaction chambers to maximize efficiency. Coagulated streams are separated in a lamella clarifier with an opposing-pitch auger design.
