2018 \u5e74 1 \u6708\u8d77\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u672a\u80fd\u6839\u64da\u8a72\u6cd5\u5145\u5206\u76e3\u6e2c\u6216\u7ba1\u7406\u6c34\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u7684\u884c\u696d\u5c07\u88ab\u8655\u4ee5\u7f70\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u570b\u7576\u5c40\u4e5f\u63a8\u51fa\u4e86\u7a05\u6536\u512a\u60e0\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4ee5\u523a\u6fc0\u7bc0\u6c34\u3001\u7bc0\u80fd\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u7814\u767c\u548c\u8a2d\u65bd\u7684\u5229\u7528\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u56e0\u7d20\u4fc3\u4f7f\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u5f9e\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u6c34\u8655\u7406\u65b9\u6cd5\u8f49\u5411\u65b0\u7a4e\u7684\u3001\u5177\u6709\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4ee5\u6eff\u8db3\u6392\u653e\u8981\u6c42\u4e26\u8b49\u660e\u5728\u7d93\u6fdf\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u4e0a\u53ef\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u9805\u696d\u52d9\u662f\u6c5f\u8607\u7701\u674e\u6e2f\u71c3\u7164\u96fb\u5ee0\uff0c\u6208\u6f64\u81ea 2018 \u5e74\u521d\u4ee5\u4f86\u8207\u5de5\u696d\u5de8\u982d\u4e0a\u6d77\u96fb\u6c23\u5408\u4f5c\u3002<sup>3<\/sup>\u4f7f\u7528\u5176\u5c08\u6709\u6280\u8853\u8f09\u6c23\u8403\u53d6 (CGE) \u8655\u7406\/\u5929\u7684\u7159\u6c23\u812b\u786b\u5ee2\u6c34\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CGE \u64c1\u6709 200 \u591a\u9805\u5168\u7403\u5c08\u5229\u548c\u8d85\u904e 300 \u5104\u516c\u5347\u7d93\u904e\u8655\u7406\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u5ee2\u6c34\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u5c07\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u5bf6\u8cb4\u7684\u8cc7\u6e90\u4f86\u5275\u9020\u7d93\u6fdf\u50f9\u503c\u3002\u900f\u904e CGE \u5f37\u5927\u7684\u8fd1\u96f6\u6db2\u9ad4\u6392\u653e (ZLD) \u8655\u7406\uff0c\u8207\u73fe\u6709\u6280\u8853\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u6208\u6f64\u70ba\u4e0a\u6d77\u96fb\u6c23\u7bc0\u7701\u4e86 90% \u201d
