About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and reporting digital marketing campaigns. The work will establish how Gradiant is communicated, perceived, and understood in the market. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and cross-functional team and project management skills. Reporting to Gradiant’s Global Head of Marketing.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

 

  • Develop and drive a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital and print advertising campaigns
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Utilize analytics programs, metrics, customer needs, and other sources to inform decision-making and uncover opportunities for revenue growth
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Manage corporate website maintenance and enhancements, including optimization for search engines, user experience, and conversion
  • Manage CMS like WordPress, marketing automation like Eloqua or HubSpot, intent data platforms like 6Sense, web analytics, and tag manager platforms
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Manage and oversee various digital marketing projects

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital technologies, or relevant field
  • 8+ years of work experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably within the industry or agencies
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or digital and print advertising campaigns
  • A strong background in marketing analytics, automation, and CRM technologies
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a knack for turning data into strategies that drive decision-making
  • Solid knowledge of marketing automation and website analytics platforms and tools
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on major search engines
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
