Industrial Process
Water

Abundant process water is critical for manufacturing. Quality demands range from high-volume potable water for cooling tower make-up to extracting high-grade ingredient water in the food & beverage industry.

Process water is produced from surface and groundwater sources, including seawater, municipal secondary or tertiary treated effluent, and industrial wastewater. Organics and suspended and dissolved solids are removed during treatment to meet the specified needs of the manufacturing process.

Gradiant offers solutions based on our proprietary and patented technologies, including RO Infinity, Bio Infinity, and Selective Contaminant Extraction, enabling customers to produce process water that satisfies their specific needs and situation.

These solutions deliver the following benefits:

  • Maximize water recoveries to reduce freshwater withdrawals and discharges
  • Minimize capital, operating, and total water costs
  • Reduce footprint and site construction complexity with modular designs
  • Maximize reliability and overall equipment effectiveness

We customize the treatment solutions to source water quality to meet stringent process water quality standards that will optimize equipment performance and ultimate product quality and yields.
